Abstract
The Lexmark CX942adse is a large workgroup color laser multifunction printer designed for high volume printing. It features integrated duplex printing at speeds up to 45ppm in both black and color. The CX942adse has a maximum monthly duty cycle of 200,000 pages and a recommended monthly page volume of 7,000 to 50,000 pages.Standard paper handling includes a 100-sheet multipurpose feeder, 2 x 520-sheet trays, and 400-sheet output bin for 1,140 pages total capacity. Paper handling can be expanded to 5,140 pages with optional additional trays. The CX942adse supports media up to 12.9 x 19.02 inches and can print on labels, card stock, plain paper, envelopes, and glossy paper. Key features include a 10-inch color touchscreen, PCL and PostScript print languages, and standard Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. Security features such as IPsec and SNMPv3 help protect sensitive data.

Includes several finishing options: staple finisher, staple hole punch finisher, booklet finisher or Lexmark's first trifold/Z-fold finisher.

Lexmark recommends that the number of pages per month be within the stated range for optimum device performance, based on factors including: supplies replacement intervals, paper loading intervals, speed, and typical customer usage.
4"Maximum Monthly Duty Cycle" is defined as the maximum number of pages a device could deliver in a month using a multishift operation. This metric provides a comparison of robustness in relation to other Lexmark printers and MFPs.
